Just a little warning - I had bags stolen today from the shelf above my head on a short morning journey from Budapest to Bratislava. Train staff were rude and unhelpful. I should have kept my bags on seat beside me. Last week the guard warned me to be extra careful on the sleeper to lock all doors. I should have been equally careful during the day. Watch out folks!

In any train, always keep your luggage in sight. Especially when there are stops close to each other, e.g. in Brussels, Antwerp and more.
