We’re going to be in Switzerland this summer based in Lausanne for 3-4 days. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to travel around? Also has anyone any experience of Glacier 3000 and the best way to get there?
Thank you in advance!

The train obviously. :)
Glacier 3000 would be train to Aigle, train to Les Diablerets (both included) and then bus to the cable car station (not included). SBB app is your friend.
Other attractions would be:
- part of the Goldenpass route -> Montreux - Montbovon - Gruyères (cute little town) and Broc chocolate factory nearby
- Nyon - La Cure, Yverdon - Ste-Croix, Aigle - Leysin and other cute metric gauge railways
- boat on Lac Léman (Lake Geneva) -> 50% discount
