the payment amount doesn't correspond

Having trouble with my tickets, I don’t want a refound, I’d like the possibility to purchase in the right amount. I purchase via eurail website and received this emails. I still don’t have my money back or could purchase the ticket. When I try to purchase it shows the same price and say that this purchase its already loading

Did you receive a notification that they received your request? If not, have you checked your spam mailbox?
