Hi there,

I am senior British person, living in the UK and will be traveling with my niece from Brazil, who is 22. As I am the one making the purchasing (and paying) for both tickets, I would like to know the following:

1 - Can I put both Apps & tickets on my phone, or does she have to buy it herself? I understand it’s not possible to transfer the tickets from one mobile to another.

2 - We are planning to travel from Nottingham to Paris, my understanding is that I can start my trip from the UK, but what about her? If we activate her pass in the UK, would it count as “travel day”?

3 - Do you have any tips for two people in our situation to make the most of our trip without much worries?

Many thanks,😉

You can buy both passes, but you have to buy your at interrail.eu and hers at eurail.com.

All days (00.00-23.59 CET) when you board a train is a travel day.

You can put both passes on one phone, but it's really better to have them on different phones, so you ca travel separately if needed. Even if you're not planning to do that, you never know what will happen.
