as I have a one month passport:
- if I travel in February I will have just 28 days for traveling,???
- if I start March 1st I will have 31 days ???
- or is there a possibility to start in Feb and to have also the 31 days for traveling???

Unfortunately for February travellers that is how it works, it is calendar based so yes you do only get 28 days.
Start on 1st of month then end is last day of that month, start on 12th then last day is 11th of next month, etc.
