I am about to purchase my pass.
I have two teens travelling with me. Should I buy 2nd or 1st class? What is the difference?
We are going Venice-Milan-Lausanne-Paris-London. We will also have some trips within England. Are 1st class seats always available?
Seat61 has a good summary of the difference, including photos for many routes. I think it’s worth it in this route. You’ll get a meal on the Eurostar, and a drink and a snack in Italy.

Don’t do anything before you check availability on Eurostar! If travelling in high summer you will need to reserve on all the routes you propose as far in advance as possible. Trains this year are very busy so post your itinerary with full details and experts on this side can advise
