3-month ticket; can I add trips once I started traveling without planning in advance?

Hi!

I bought an interail mobil pass for 3 months and wanted to know wether I can add trips once I started traveling? Becauce I would like to travel spontainioulsy and dont want to plan my whole 3 months trip in advance. Some of the answers on the website are confusing and it seems like I have to plan my whole trip in advance and add it to the app before my first travel day.

You don't have to plan anything in advance if you don't want to. You can add a train/journey to your trip and then to your pass just before boarding.
