We travelled with 5 mobile passes on one device. Now we'd like to seperate and upload our passes on more individual devices. Is that possible?

Only together with the Customer Support as they have to deactivate the passes on the old phone before you can activate them on a new one


Hi, as mentioned here, you can't move your Pass onto another device once it's activated for travel. If you're travelling as a group with multiple Passes on one device, you'll all need to travel together on all journeys. You can get in touch with our Customer Support team here, to see if they can change it for you. Cheers
