I got 2 months pass on May 10th. I know the ticket is valid to use up to 11 months. So, it should expire about April 9th. My question is do I need to start to use the ticket latest 10th of Feb to travel for 2 months? Or can I validate it in, for example, in April 1st and travel until June 1st?

Yes, you have to activate your pass within 11 months AFAIK.
Do you know how can I be 100% sure about that? Is there any email or so to check?
I had a meeting with Eurail staff last week and I asked this question and got this answer, so yes, it is 100% true.
