I activated my pass the day I flew out to first destination, thinking I needed to know how to use it etc before getting to a station - but didn’t realise that by doing this it would use a day! I’m now a day short of travel. Can I get this back? I didn’t go on any journeys that day..?

They are currently flooded with Emails and because of that can´t hold their answer within 2days promise.
