We bought a two month mobile pass, that must be activated before april 9th 2023. But our first travel day will be April 21th. We have activated the pass with the first trip on april the 21th, but we don’t see tickets (yet?). I guess it is better to deactivate again. Can we activate the pass just before april 9th without adding a trip and add the first trip the moment we actually start our journey on April the 21th?

Try to  switch the date on the page where you should see the QR code to the 21st of April. The default date is always todays date and not the date with the first journey. 


There is no need to deactivate the pass as you must activate it by the 9th of April. 


Thanks a lot, yes changing the trip date worked and I got the QR code. So the activation date does not need to be the date of the first trip!


There's only a need to deactivate if you didn't select the latest possible start date during the activation process.

After tapping on “Show ticket”, you should see the date at the top of the screen. It is probably the first day of validity, so tap on it and change it to 21 April.
