Would it be possible to add the trip to the pass while journey has started? I mean if i forgot to add it before train departs, can i still add it to the pass after departure time?

Hi Matei, you can change the trip your Pass is connected to up until you activate your Pass. Once your Pass is activated, you can’t disconnect a trip or connect a different trip.

Yes, you can delete and add journeys after the journey has started or even after it had finished.
