Does anyone know if I can add and use a Journey to my Pass the same day ir departs and use ir correctly?
Fo example, in saturday, can I add the first Journey of my pass and use it the same day?

Sure you can. You don't have to plan anything in advance if you don't want to and you can change plans if you want: remove journeys and add new ones, also on the day you're travelling. I do it all the time.
