I'm trying to buy a pass and when I enter my home address I received massage: Please try using the English alphabet. I'm for sure using English alphabet. My adress is with the number 16i, it takes not the “i”. I will book only at the interrail-site, becaue there is a supernice discount.

I guess that the field where you try to enter 16i only takes numeric values so try to enter the address without the "i". If you are buying a pass that will be shipped to you, do this only if you are sure that the mail will reach you even if the address lacks an "i".
