Hi,  my pass EU30671829 is showing all trips for the 7 days are used up however i should have 2 days remaining.   Two of the trips were mistakenly used as i made an error while using the app.   Please check your system to confirm, that i have only used 5 days out of the 7.

Could you please help with updating my account so that i have 2 remaining days of travel left.

I need this to be urgently resolved as i need to travel again in 3 days time.

You need to contact Customer Support through the form below, but there is no way for Customer Support to see when you have used your pass and not. The only thing that Customer Support can see is the information in your Mobile Pass.

Tell Customer Support that you are currently travelling and include your pass number.
