Have an ongoing issue raised with interrail for one week and still no solution so wanted to reach out to the community.

 

My first travel day is somehow showing as day 1 and day 2 on my pass screen in the iOS app. I am able to create my full 7 travel days in trip planner, but when I go to the pass page to show the ticket, it cannot view the 7th day as it is showing day 6 as day 7 (due to showing day 1 as both day 1 and 2). 
 

Has any had this issue or have any ideas how to solve it? Currently travelling but seemingly not receiving a prioritised fix. Based on the sheer volume of issues on this forum, it seems the app is not really fit for purpose.

You don't have to plan everything before traveling, you can add trains to the app also before entering the train. 


Sounds like a bug. Please contact customer service and mention when you are travelling.

Which version do you have? (More, scroll to the bottom).
