The app doesn't show any tracks or platforms. Check the companies’ own apps for that; they will often also show any delays and platform changes, which the rail planner app won't. Moreover, you should not use the rail planner app to plan because it does not get updates frequently enough to be reliable. Use national apps, and use bahn.com (or the DB Navigator app) for international planning.
