Activated both my & wife’s pass on same phone, find it easier to have her’s on her phone.
app refuses to deactivate to accommodate that.
App will not allow deactivate of pass to reactivate on another phone

To change phone for the pass is only possible via costumer service. Please provide them, if you are traveling or when you are traveling to get prioritized.
