App won’t show ticket


When I click at «Show ticket» under «My pass», it says «No ticket for this date…». I have added trips for this day under «My trip», so the error-message doesn’t really makes sense. 

First day of travel, maybe something to do with it?

Have you added the journey to your pass?

Can you post screen shot of your trip and of the error message?

I don't think that the journey is connected to the pass.

We've seen this problem a few times now over the past few days.

Please check for app updates. It looks like you have an iPhone, which means you should have app version 24.0.0 (check under More, scroll to the bottom).

Please enable error logging and then contact customer service and give them all details.
