On online booking reservation I have checked only trains included in network and those two trains are.

If I search them on mobline app, I am not able to find them.

When a train is missing in the app, it doesn’t mean that you can’t use it. The Railplanner app has not all trains on it. You can add manually on the app missing trains. 

If DB and SNCF says that this train is running you can use it. Please note that you need a reservation for both trains in France and France to Germany.
