At this moment my ID/ Passport number is missing on my mobile Pass


Hi guys, I'm new on this platform. I have a question! Does someone know a different way to get in contact with interrail? 

The last month I have been trying to get in contact with them, but so  far no respons. 

 

I tried it with the chat and Facebook messenger, which did not help. I also couldn’t find any phonenumber or email adress

 

At this moment my ID/ Passport number is missing on my mobile Pass, and i’m going to travel within a couple weeks. So I'm kinda stressing. 😅
