mi pase impreso no fue entregado y ahora va de regreso a las oficinas de eurail, pero no me responden ningun mail. ¿Que puedo hacer? #urgente

  1. Did you receive a confirmation that customer service received your email? If not, then submit a new request here:

  2. Did you mention in your email to customer service when you need your paper pass? Just saying your request is urgent does not help. They need a concrete date.
  3. Where will you arrive in Europe? Paper Eurail passes are sold at some stations.
