Hi, if I use my Eurail pass to get a 25% discount on the Schlithorn - do I lose a travel day? Also - I don’t see a Eurail discount for the Schilthorn Brunch option. IS it not offered for that?

When you use a pass discount, you don't need to use a travel day.
The discount is only on the train ticket, so it's quite possible you can't use it for a combined offer.
