I have eurail global pass.
I want to use GET your guide benefit, but my code dosen't work.
I am sure I use correct passcode.
I found it from email when I order a pass.
there's a message saying Passcode is incorrect. You must provide a valid passcode to view any details for this benefit.
How can I get this benefit?
