I’m in Italy, at Perugia, returning to France tonight (arrival at 1 in the afternoon at Frasne).

I booked the seats needed on the journey before, am entering the journey on my pass as it’s my last day (out of 5) but the app divide my trip into two journeys one today, the other one tomorrow, how can I do to make them join ?

At least are there any possibilities to cancel the opening of this day ?

If you change your train after midnight then it counts as two travel days.. 
There’s now a project going on with 3 in-/outbound days. So maybe you can ask the interrail team for help.
