Booking a Global Pass - technical problems. Where else can I buy it?

Hey, I am trying to book a global pass (duration 1 month) but the system says, that it has technical problems. Does somebody know when I can book tickets again or when the system is going to work again?

I have no clue but as you are from Germany you could visit a DB ticket office aswell and book your globalpass there :)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

Jeder Reisezenter sollte es sofort ausgeben können-und sogar ohne extra charges etc. Wenn die lieb sind und nicht alles sofort wegwerfen hätten die sogar noch die alte Broschüren+karten dabei für umsonst.
