Booking pass - Something went wrong, please refresh. No pass, but charged bank account

I paid my pass and I did not get my pass because website said “Something went wrong, please refresh thr page”, I refresed a lot of times and I did not get my pass. I reviewed my bank account and the amount was charged. What can I do?

Contact Customer Support through the form below.  Eventually you will get your money back.  You need to make a new purchase.
