Hello, I have already booked a ticket for a ride. But now my cell phone does not work. Previously I made a screenshot of the ticket and the connection and I can view it on my laptop. However, I don't know how to book my trip back without the cell phone. Can I log in with my account on another friends cell phone and book the trip for myself? So I can have the screenshots back on my own laptop?

 

 

What do you mean by "book a ticket"?

Do you mean making a reservation or are you currently travelling and need to create the QR code that is your ticket?
