Unfortunately my phone does not recharge anymore, in the middle of an interrail trip. I need my pass unblocked so I can switch device, it is kind of urgent as I plan to take another train trip tomorrow around 3pm, so I am in a hurry to get it fixed. I did sent a message to eurail on Facebook, but how do I make sure to get a fast reply?

 

You should give them all details of your pass in the question that way they will deactive your pass on the old phone and you can add it to the new phone.


The most important thing they need is the pass number. That's in the confirmation mail and in your account, in the Order Overview.
