can anyone help me tell me why when i have purchased and paid for my ticket i am still not receiving my ticket as the web informed me. I bought a 5 days 1 month global last night ticket for one senior and one adult and the e-ticket in 1st class

Is it the ticket (= your pass) you haven't received? Does it show up in your Order Overview?
Or is it a reservation you haven't received? In that case, does it show up in your Reservations Overview? For which train was it? (route, date, departure time)
