Hello everyone!

My name is Alexandra and I plan to travel with my cat through Germany, France and Spain. My question is regarding the extra fee some railway companies (in this case in France and Spain) require you to pay for travelling with your pet. Once I have my Interrail pass and made my seat reservations, how can I pay the fee for my pet? Can I do it at each station directly?
