Me, my Wife & my daughter are traveling to Europe with Eurail pass in May 2023. My daughter date of birth is 21/9/2011. I have a doubt will she be considered in child pass as free or not. As I am not sure will she be considered as 11 year old or 12 year old.

She will be 11 until 21 september 2023. As what's important is her age on the first day of validity of the pass, she can use a child pass for a trip starting in May.
