Hello! I purchased the wrong pass and have not used it. The pass is a 15 day continuous one (did not buy PLUS) . I bought the correct pass (15 day flexi w/ PLUS) & I need to exchange them immediately because I begin traveling in 2 days. I sent a request but need to know if I can activate and use my new pass while I wait for the refund. I understand the refund of that original pass could take months but if I activate and use my new pass will it cause the refund to not work ?

You can activate your new pass and use it. That has no influence on the exchange process.
