Can I book ferries with “Blue Star Ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass to secure my trip?

Can I book ferries with “blue star ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass? 
The estimate delivery day is 5 weeks from now, but I want to book the ferries ASAP to secure my trip. 
My pass was activated in checkout (for 15 sep) but there’s no mobile version for the Greek pass as I understand.
 

What can I do?

Hi @ORIX6 

It is possible. You should contact customer service to obtain a provisional Pass Cover Number with which you can make seat reservations.
