What do you mean by "ticket "? A reservation that you have made or your Interrail pass?
If you are speaking about the Interrail pass, then NO. You can only get a refund (if your pass allows) and then buy a new one for your friend. But changing name is of course NOT possible. Otherwise you could have bought 200 passes with the 50% discount and sell it later lol.
