Good morning, during my interrail due to an elbow injury i had to replan the travel and i lost 2 day from my 7 days pass. I cannot contact the assistance so i ask if anyone have an email or if there is any admin that can contact me back.
I have the medical report of the injury and i would ask if its possible to have a small repay of my pass, counting it as a 5 days pass rather than a 7 days one.
