I already use my inbound/outbound days of travel in the begining of my trip (i'm french) but i need to cross by it for a Travel (Lausanne→luxembourg, crossing by Strasbourg)

Can i do it ?

No. You can either go via Germany or pay separately for the French portion of your journey.

This case is of course quite easy and anyone can think of it by themselves; Via DE all the way. ICE from Basel to Mannheim-VAREO RE to Saarbrucken-Trier-then (currently SEV-bus ) into LUX. Or pay a measly 5€ extra and use direct bus from Saarbr to LUX-will cut off journey time.

OR-use the right IC along river Rhine-see the Lorelei-as far as Koblenz-that is the other end of the VAREO trains-to Trier-etc.-along the Moselle with nice veiws.

If mr King wants to rejoice seeing the hexagone again: TER Alsace/Lorraine also has a few fairly cheap daypasses or book advance mini-prix. See their own TER=pages
