For exemple:

10.08 : Going from Milano to Budapest [Using Interrail]

14.08 : Going from Budapest to Paris by plane [Not using Interrail]

16.08 : Going from Paris to Berlin by plane [Not using Interrail]

18.08 : Going from Berlin to Copenhaguen [Using Interrail]
