Hello, I won an Interrail Global Pass via DiscoverEU and would like to use it for travel in the near future. The e-mails from DiscoverEU say I can activate it by 05/31/23 at the latest, so in 6 days and then use it by 06/30/23 at the latest. Now I went into my Interrail app and unfortunately I have to realize that my journey supposedly began on April 30th, 2023, which I didn't know anything about, I haven't even used my pass yet. My question: Is it still possible to change my Global Pass even though it's almost expired?

Normally you can't change the activation date on an active pass. Only Customer Support can maybe help you. Use the link below to contact them.
