I can’t activate my mobile eurail pass (one country: france)

it said something went wrong

i am at cdg airport and no one can help about this issue

kindly advise what should i do for this case?

as i will use the pass today to take train to Strasbourg

 

Please check if you have the latest app, go to More and scroll to the bottom. It should be app version 23.3.0. If not, please update and try again.
