I can’t activate my pass. I keep getting the same error message as everyone else. It’s really urgent. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Error logging is on. It’s the latest version. I literally don’t know what else to do. Please help 

You're not really giving us much to go on.

  1. Did you contact contact customer service?
  2. When do you need to travel and (important) did you mention that to customer service?
  3. What error message are you seeing? Could you post a screenshot? "The same error message as everyone else” is not really helpful.
  4. Do you have app version 23.2.0?
  5. Do you have iOS or Android? Which version?
