Hi! 

I have been trying to cancel a mobile pass I bought on the 28th March with a PLUS insurance. Every single time I get into the Page, It leads me to 404 Page error. I have tried on different devices with the same result. It is absolutely important and URGENT for me to get the refund.

If you open a case on the service form above you can be sure that a real person will answer but currently they are overloaded with messages and it take some time to get an answer.

I cannot understand how I have been waiting for several weeks and no one from Interrail has contacted me!!!
