cancel journey

Hello

Activated on Wednesday in my journey. There no way to delete by myself.

I have to use it on 12th of Feb

Please remove it so that I can add a journey on 12th of Feb

Help me~~ It is emergencia. Time is not enough

It seems as you have started the validity of your pass a week ago as you now have 23 days left of the 30 day validity. It is not a good idea to activate the pass and start the validity before your first travel day. If you are lucky, Customer Support, can help you. Otherwise your pass will only be valid for another 23 days. Or maybe you are already traveling. In that case ignore my comment above.

And also never activate a travel day in advance. Only do that just before boarding the first train of the day.

Also, never activate a pass or a travel day in advance. Once validity has started, you can't cancel the activation anymore.
