Cannot add my pass to my mobile

Please can you help?  I keep trying to add my pass but it says over and over again, “something went wrong, please try again or contact customer service if this keeps happening” 

I start travelling next week so am worried! thanks

Thanks for your help  I did read those instructions but nothing helped so I contacted customer service. I did get a very prompt reply from them and it turned out that there was indeed some technical problem - didn’t really understand, to do with the coding?  : and they fixed it for me. Thank goodness!
