I purchased a pass on April 2021, and due to Covid I delayed the trip (Interrail extended the validity until August 2022). Now, August 22, I logged in the app to see how I plan my trip, and I cannot add my pass. How can I solve this? I have also tried through the website, but the pass appears to be expired. Need help urgently, I planned to leave on August 28. Thank you.

I've also written customer support and talked to the bot. It is a mobile interrail global pass.

This has to be solved by customer support. Did you mention your start date? Only writing "urgently” and "asap” doesn't help, it has to be a concreate date.
