I think that will only be possible via customer service.

I HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER PASS (ZBCV1H) AND I WILL CANCEL THE FIRST ONE (4X6XK3) LATER ON, THE LAST DAY BEFORE START MY TRAVEL , IF I DONT RECEIVE ANSWER OF THE COSTUMER SERVICE.
I HAVE NO ENOUGHT TIME TO WAIT COSTUMER TEAM ANSWER. I HOPE I WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM FOR CANCEL THE FIRST ONE. WHAT DO YOU THINK ? I WILL KEEP THE TWO PASSES UNTIL THE LAST DAY...AND THEN WILL SEE WHAT OF THOSE I CANCEL

Correct, if the details on your mobile Pass are incorrect, please get in touch with our customer service. If your Pass has not been activated yet, we will be able to change the information for you.
I tried, but they don't answer me and I start travel next weekend. Moderator note: capital letters have been removed.
