I have seen on many topics that it is possible to get the country of residence changed if the pass is mobile and not activated.

My mobile pass is not activated and the country of residence is wrong. Please help me solve this issue.

If you have seen it on other topics then you will also have sen repeated answers that customer services need to be contacted directly to deal with this.

Customer Support do not change country of residence. Please read the reply from @annie.papadopoulou ,who works for Eurail. 

'’Thanks for your question! Please be kindly informed that is is not possible to change the country of residence via our system. Due to fraud prevention, we can only grant this via a Pass exchange!

Please make sure that your Pass is not used or activated, purchase a new Pass and we will refund the old order minus 15 EUR exchange fee'’.
