Hello. I have already asked this question but so far, not had a response. I have booked trips for two people, ordered seat reservations etc. Everything is in place for our journey which starts in July. I have realised that my iphone is becoming unreliable and I need to replace it. I need to transfer my Interrail pass and all the information on it to a new iphone. How is this done?

You have to do that via customer service. Do mention your start date.
