Hi, a friend of mine won the DiscoverEU pass and he can't use it. Can he give it to me? I mean can he change the name with mine so that I can travel with his pass?

Not usually. Contact customer services for a definite answer. Do not try to use a pass that is not in your name and linked to your ID. This would a fraud and have serious consequences for you and your friend

This is not possible. Your friend must contact DiscoverEU and inform them that he can't use the pass. DiscoverEU will then give tha pass to the next person in line to get a pass from them.
