Hallo, Travelers!

 

I bought 5-Days-in-a-Month Interrail Pass for me, my wife, and my daughter (11 yo). But i did a mistake. Instead of buying a free Child Pass for my daughter, i bought her a Youth Pass (200ish EUR). I paid with Paypal, and i use Mobile Pass.

 

How can i change the type of Pass and get the refund?

This is a tricky one as you can't buy a childs pass without buying an adult pass.

I guess you need to buy a new adult pass and then connect a childs pass to that and then make the exchange with the youth pass and one of the adult passes (the same name as you bought the new adult pass). The fee for an exchange is 15 EUR per pass. You need to send the old and the new pass numbers to Customer Support and they will then refund the price for the old passes less 15 EUR per pass.
